Q. Why should I make a Strategic Plan?
A. A Strategic Plan is the way to define a strategy to pursue and achieve your goals.
If you don’t know where you want to go, you will never get there.
The Strategic Action PlanTM (SAP) helps you create a plan that leads logically to the creation of an Action Plan.

A Strategic Plan without an Action component is not a Plan: it’s just a dream.

Q. Why should I use this software?
A. This software is unique. It is a step-by-step guide on how to establish a business/strategic plan that also allows you to allocate resources (time, money and people) to each task, objective and strategy.
it differs from other Strategic Plan templates by being interactive and by including a report generator that allows you to easily monitor and report on any or all fields of your Strategic Action Plan.
Q. What sets this software apart from everything else on the market place?
A. This software will walk you through the strategic planning process and will then provide you with staff task lists and gantt charts. It will even give you weekly reminders of tasks to be completed that week and give you quarterly hints on how to make the most of your software and your Strategic Action PlanTM
You can attach word, excel, PDF, JPEG files, web links to any task by using the attach button. The file will be saved to the SAP website to be accessed by any user or sub-user.
Q. What should I do with my Strategic Action Plan when it’s finished?
A. Many people and organisations put in countless hours planning a strategy to achieve their goals, and once they’ve completed it, it sits in a folder collecting dust until they review it in three years time. This is a big mistake.
Your strategic plan is your roadmap to where you want to go. So if you want to get there, you should stick to the plan. And our Strategic Action PlanTM software, with its interactive nature, won’t let you forget what needs to happen. It will email you with the tasks that are due to start or finish in the next week.
Q. Can I use my Plans for reporting?
A. The tool has an inbuilt Report Generator to easily create reports on your Action Plans.
By selecting fields that you wish to print you can organise and print your tasks by any one of 10 fields including person responsible, start date, complete date or task progress.
You can print straight from the software, or cut and paste into your word processing or spreadsheet documents.
The reporting possibilities are endless, but so simple to use.

Q. How long does my subscription last?
A. 3 years. We will send you an initial Tax Invoice and renewal reminders.

Q. What doesn’t this software do?
A. The software won’t implement your plan on its own. You will need to use its features to assist you implement your plans. Unfortunately we can’t sell you a packet of the discipline required - even though just a small amount is required.
Q. How come I can’t login to my account?
A. 1. Your software license ran out
2. Are you are typing username or password incorrectly. Remember, both are case-sensitive!
. 3. Have you forgotten your password? Click on [I forgot my password] at the bottom line in the [login box].
Q. Can I reset my password?
A. On the [log in page], select ‘I forgot my Password!’, fill out your details and we will email you a new password. You can change this new password to one of your choice by going into ‘Manage Account’. (Please note, the email address you provide must match the email address you provided when you signed up initially).
Q. Can I change my email address?
A. Yes. Login to your account then select ‘Manage Account’. You can change your email address as many times as you like.
Q. How come I can’t download your software?
A. Our software is a web-based resource. There is no need to download it, as it is safely stored on our server.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Direct Electronic funds transfer or use Paypal.

Q. Is my online purchase secure?
A. Security of your Paypal payments is guaranteed by PayPal. All other information that you input is encrypted and can only be read by using your login details and password.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We will refund your money in the event that you contact us within 14 days telling us how the product has not met your needs.
Q. How come I can’t access the software?
A. If you haven’t already established an account with Meeting Success, please register online.
If you have already established an account with Meeting Success, you may be entering the incorrect username or password. Please see other relevant questions on this page to find out how to reset your password.
A. We will never sell, loan, reveal or give away any of your personal information to a third party.

Q. Can I use this software on another computer?
A. You can use this software on any computer that has internet access.
Q. How do I sign up?
A. You sign up on-line at www.yourstrategicplan.com/SAP
Q. Can other people use my account?
A. You can nominate sub-users with different user rights set by you in the Manage Accounts and Users page.
User rights are set by the administrator, the primary User. Other users may be given full rights, read only, edit specific sections
Q. How come my account is blocked?
A. Your account will not be blocked. If you have given other people your password and user name, they can access the account, or if you allocate sub-users, they can access the account. More than one person can access the account at one time. You will see a message at the top of the screen if more than one person is accessing the account at any time. Be aware that the last person to ‘save’ will have their changes saved as the working copy or current version. Other users who are accessing your account in the same session will have their version overwritten.
Q. Is my information secure on your website?
A. All information that you input is encrypted, and can only be read by using your login details and password.
